We had yet another great event and panel discussion at XPX Atlanta on this past Tuesday. There was a huge attendance and the panel discussed Retaining Key Employees through Leadership Development & Competitive Compensation.
As expected, Maria C. Forbes and the leadership ran yet another great session. It was also great to see my friend Suzanne Durbin, ChFC, CExP have some time in front of the group as well, always a pleasure.
While, I, Dean Nolley of Sales Growth Imagination, LLC that’s powered by Sales Xceleration® and Blackstone and Cullen was fortunate to be on the panel, I was blessed with a group of ROCKSTARS with Gabrielle Mills with Sourced being an off the charts moderator, along with Brian Sulka of EOS Worldwide and Wendy Patel, SHRM-SCP of HR Solutions Atlanta also on the panel. It was a great group and I was outclassed to say the least with all the experience and success of Gabrielle, Brian and Wendy.
